American Bankers Association (ABA) said the level of delinquency of society to pay the loan they get (delinquency rate / DR) was increased for the first time in the last four quarters. DR rose from 2.98 percent to three percent in the second quarter of 2010.
This shows the magnitude of the problem faced by consumers to pay their loans. Previously, the DR in the second quarter of 2009 fell and stagnated in the range of 3.35 percent.
