A total of three foreign investors planning to build cocoa processing plant in West Sulawesi (Sulbar). Three investors include China Geogchoubou Group Company (CGGC) from China, Barry Callebaut from the Netherlands, and International Container Group of the Philippines.
For investors CGGC of China plans to build cocoa processing plant with a capacity of 20,000 tons of cocoa per month processed into butter and powder. Starting in 2011 the construction of the factory was able to do so in 2012 was able to operate.

Vietnam gets investment blessing from the giant chip manufacturer, Intel. Intel officially open a test facility and assembly of chips worth $ 1 billion in a country that still is a neighbor of Indonesia.

PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) along Hangzhou Jinjiang Group (HJG) of China signed a Joint Venture Agreement (the First Amended Joint Venture Agreement and Charges / JVA) in the plant construction project Smelter Grade Alumina (SGA) in West Kalimantan, worth U.S. $ 1 billion.

SGA Mempawah factory is located in the Regency of Pontianak, West Kalimantan Province, with a capacity of 1 million metric tons of alumina per year by processing four million wmt of bauxite ore.
Mempawah SGA project value is estimated to reach U.S. $ 1 billion. Antam has a 49% share in the project Mempawah SGA. HJG the remaining 51%, with an option to Antam to increase ownership and become a majority after the plant in commercial operation for three years.
The signing of the JVA was performed by Alwin HJG with the General Manager of China Wang Yuan Luo, and witnessed by Head of Investment Coordinating Board Republic of Indonesia, Gita Wirjawan.
